Dear Mr McAllisterReference CAS-579993Thanks for contacting us regarding BBC Three’s ‘Coming of Age’. I understand that you’re unhappy with the quality of this programme as you don’t find the humour to be entertaining. We try to provide a wide range of programmes across our television output that will be of interest to every section of our audience. However, there will inevitably be times, hopefully rare, when what’s on offer doesn’t meet your own particular interests. Research shows us that in a typical week we do provide a substantial number of programmes which everyone can enjoy, but I’m sorry that you have been disappointed with this programme. We’re guided by the feedback that we receive and to that end I’d like to assure you that I’ve registered your complaint on our audience log.
